I have been a technology problem solver for over 35 years and continue to upgrade my skills with the latest technology. We have been looking after small business and home users for a few decades, with a 24 year history of looking after large high school network systems.
My interest in technology began around 1985 after having been exposed to early kitset computers connected to black and white televisions.
As technology interests grew, I was fortunate to have access to the early computer systems, home computers, mainframe systems, right through to the current technology we all use today.
Over the decades I have supported customers with various desktop, laptop, network server systems, network design - configuration and installation, mobile phones, data security with cloud integration, backup systems, wireless technology, network printer and photocopier configuration, and have worked closely with multiple hardware and software suppliers.
My skill set involves the quick troubleshooting of issues, and providing effective solutions.
